Chief Executive Officer
Kareem has over 32 years of international CRM experience across UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He has designed and developed CRM software for global banks, telcos and marketing agencies such as Ogilvy. He founded Star CRM as a means to fulfil his passion for solving problems for Clients, using math and technology. STARDriver® CRM Engine is the realization of that vision! When not providing innovation and inspiration to his team, you will find him scuba diving, running marathons, duathlons, triathlons and riding fast bikes!
Sharada Qureshi
Chief Operating Officer
Sharada has over 20 years of CRM experience across the Asia-Pacific region. With her strong skills in marketing, data, analytics and technology, Sharada has been a trusted advisor to many Clients across industries. She has rolled out several platforms for Clients encompassing CRM software and services. She joined Kareem's quest for creating CRM excellence in Asia in 2002 and brings structure, focus and clarity to the team at Star CRM. When not chasing the team on day-to-day operations, she enjoys marathons, duathlons, kickboxing, yoga and cooking !
Lavanya Thamizharasn
Head Of Software Delivery
Lavanya has over 10 years of experience across Malaysia and India. Her unique blend of skills cuts across project management, PL/SQL, Oracle Apex, React, BI tools and business analysis. Lavanya solves countless problems for Clients each and every day! She manages the delivery of software projects for our Clients and makes things happen with her kick-ass software development team ! When not working, she is a dedicated mother of two and a fabulous cook! She cooks a mean Hyderabadi biryani for the team every now and then!
Jonie Khoo
Business Director
Jonie brings to the table over 15 years of experience in loyalty and campaign management. She previously headed up the loyalty program for MBF cards and has also had the amazing experience of being an entrepreneur in the restaurant business. She leads business development and manages the delivery of CRM software and services for our Clients in Singapore. Her interests outside of work include diving, travelling, reading and movies. She is also devoted to her neices.
